Resurrection Bay: 3-Hour Sea kayaking tours
Experience the beauty of Resurrection Bay, its abundant marine life and beautiful glacial vistas on this Seward kayaking excursion from Lowell Point. On this trip we commonly encounter sea otters, sea birds, bald eagles and leaping salmon. In late summer, if the tide is right, we may paddle our kayaks a short way up Tonsina Creek to see hundreds of spawning salmon. If our tide is low we may beach our kayaks to take a short stroll along the beaches of Tonsina Point. We use stable and efficient tandem (two-person) kayaks allowing both novices and aspiring experts to kayak comfortably.
